What to do when there is a hot stamping failure

First of all, we should check whether there are wax substances in the ink layer of the printed matter. If there are, we can only use the passive method of 991 light removing agent plus 2% white dry oil to cover printing again, so as to improve the surface of the ink layer.

If the additive containing wax substance is not added in the printing process of book printing, it is necessary to check whether the selection of anodized aluminum is appropriate. If not, it is necessary to replace the anodized aluminum foil with strong adhesion and good quality in time. If the selection of electrochemical aluminum foil is appropriate, the hot stamping temperature and pressure should be increased.
