3. Viscosity: High ink viscosity can easily cause uneven ink transfer, dot roughening, and plate patterns. If the ink viscosity is too small, it can cause ink emulsification and surface fouling. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the viscosity of the ink.
4. Fluidity: If the ink fluidity is too high, it will cause unclear levels of graphics and text, and the printing color will not be vivid. If the fluidity is low, it will lead to uneven ink distribution, which can easily lead to different printing effects between the printing volume.
5. Light resistance: If we use good light resistance ink, the printing board books effect will be bright, vivid and three-dimensional feel, and the board book can be stored for a longer time. If the lightfastness of the ink will make the board book printing color darker or lighter.
6. Water resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance: Pay special attention to the water, acid, and alkali resistance properties of offset printing inks. If these properties are all good, the color of the board book printing will be very bright, otherwise it will cause the board book printing to be dim and unclear.
