Prepress Proofing Time
Prepress proofing is an essential part of our printing process, designed to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction before mass production begins. Once you’ve paid the deposit and approved the artwork, we’ll provide a hard copy proof using high-quality digital printing. This step allows you to carefully review the color, layout, text, and overall print quality.
The proofing time depends on the product type. For instance, softcover book proofs usually take 3–4 working days, while hardcover book proofs typically require 5–7 working days. This timeframe ensures any necessary adjustments can be made before moving forward. Once the physical proof is complete, to save your time, we usually take photos or videos for your confirmation and approval.
If needed, we can ship the hard copy proof to your door free of charge, with delivery taking 2–7 working days, depending on your location. Once you give your final approval, we immediately proceed with full production. Prepress proofing provides peace of mind and guarantees your finished product meets your expectations.
Print Production Time
Print production begins once we receive your confirmed deposit and final artwork approval. Our skilled production team then works efficiently to ensure your order is completed with both high quality and punctuality. Below is a general estimated timeline for the production of various product types for orders under 2,000 copies:
Saddle stitch books: approx. 10 days
Paperback books: 10–15 days
Hardcover books: 2–3 weeks
Spiral & wire-o bound books: 2–3 weeks
Board books: 2–3 weeks
Card decks: 1–3 weeks
Calendars: 2–3 weeks
Paper bags: 2–3 weeks
Cardboard boxes: 7–12 days
Rigid boxes: 2–3 weeks
Stickers and labels: within 1 week

Shipping Time

Depending on your location, order size, and urgency, we typically choose from ocean freight, air freight, or express delivery. Based on our shipping experience, we’ll recommend the most cost-effective and efficient option for your needs.
For small orders, air freight or express delivery is usually the best option, with transit times of 2–9 working days. For larger orders or heavier packages, ocean freight is more economical, generally taking 14–50 days depending on the destination.
We provide door-to-door shipping services, which means the price we quote includes all associated costs—including taxes, customs duties, and tariffs—to deliver your order directly to your door. You can simply sign for the package when it arrives, with no extra fees or paperwork on your end.
If you choose CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) or FOB (Free on Board) shipping terms for delivery to a port, we will supply all required documentation for customs clearance at no additional charge. Since customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand specific document requirements. Once you inform us, we will follow your instructions accordingly.
