polar adsorption of the ink, it will promote the generation of emulsification.
The higher the viscosity of the ink, it will increase its cohesion, that is,
the viscosity will strengthen the adhesion between ink molecules. Therefore, in
monochrome sample printing, in order to strengthen its water resistance, the
ink viscosity must be adjusted in the printing process to achieve suitable
printing suitability, so as to affect the ink emulsification. When mixing ink,
professionals will control the amount properly. Generally, the ink mixing oil
will not only dilute the ink, but also increase the fluidity of the ink, reduce
the viscosity, weaken the cohesion between molecules, affect the water making

materials such as desiccant, mucilage and diluent are generally added to the
ink. The main component of the desiccant is metal soap, and the residual
water-soluble salts have strong moisture absorption and act as a strong
emulsifier. Adding a certain amount of drying agent to the ink can accelerate
the drying of the oil. However, excessive addition will also have a negative
impact, which can lead to ink emulsification and reduce the drying speed of
ink.
