In the process of catalog printing, we will encounter various problems. Do you know which details in the printing process require your attention?

1. The first is ink issue

What needs attention on the ink is the thickness and area. Because the thickness and area of the ink will directly affect the quality of the product during the catalog printing process. If the print area is too large or too much will result in the use of printed materials such as blistering phenomenon, which will directly affect the reputation and image of the enterprise, so the amount of ink should be controlled within 2-3μm.

2. Secondly is the packaging printing inks

In product packaging, printing and film-coated products, fast-fixing gloss offset printing inks should be used, because the connecting materials of this ink are synthetic resins, dry vegetable oils, high-boiling kerosene, etc. This kind of material is the most ideal product for laminating, and you must not affect your image just because it is cheap for a while.

3. The problem caused by dryness is also considered

Drying is a relatively important issue in product packaging and printing. There are many factors that affect drying. It can be the type of ink, the amount of desiccant, the structure of the paper, and the temperature and humidity of the workshop environment. These issues must be considered clearly when drying.

4. Finally, dusting issue.

Powder spraying is likely to cause the problem of sticking on the back of the printed product paper. This requires effective control of the amount of powder sprayed, and it is best to use as little as possible while ensuring that it is not sticky.
