Order procedures (about printing service)

Buyer send inquiry to us with complete details size,paper material,printing color,quantity,surface finish,the more we know about your requests the more correct quotes you’’ll get. (if you have samples send to us then better for us to make accurate quotes),after get your info. in details, we will send you competitive quotes in 24hrs.

Once you confirmed price,pls send you artwork/design/image via our ftp or via email if file is small. (if it is convenient for you,We are welcomed buyer send us the DVD or CD via express which will make sure printing and production effects. Pls contact our sales representative email at [email protected] note: Our preferred file format is a print ready PDF file and Adobe Indesign.

After get your artwork then factory make proof. The proof fee is responsible by buyer at first but will refund when mass production.The proof have several kinds. Like laser proof,Digital Proof ,Press Proof. (We strongly advise our clients to make black and white laser proof before transforming the final artworks to us. If your printing products do not have very demanding requirements on color, you can choose digital proof, which is quicker and 50% cheaper. Press proof are  traditional press proof which is most close to the final products but higher price.)Proof time is 3days. Delivery time via express to our clients is about 5-6days.  When check proof please check clearly whether everything well done by us, if any questions about it,pls tell our sales via email asap. Not get your confirmation we will not start to press.

When we get confirmation of content of proof and other details, you place order with us we will send you formal invoice with our payment account. Our payment way is bank transfer/western union. Online payment way like paypal is also accepted for small amount. Our payment mode is 100% advance payment for less than 2000usd. If over than 2000usd accept 40% in advance rest paid before shipment.

Once money reached, we will start to arrange production for you asap. For urgent order we will speed up for you. We will make sure you can get your products on schedule time. If you have any changes need make during press already started, pls inform us via phone or email in time. Because the mass production will fast finish as per your previous confirmation completely.

About shipping service we usually use sea air or express. For clear custom we will offer necessary documents for free. For this part different country have different policy on custom.You d better check local what documents we need offer. Then we will do as per your instruction. when delivery our logistics department will track for you.If anything happen we will email you,if urgent thing we will phone you. So you can rest assure to buy here we will in charge of everything for you.
