Ink printing is to first add rosin auxiliary materials to ordinary ink to make rosin ink, and then use convex printing or screen printing to print blind spots or patterns on paper.
After heating and baking, the ink dots or patterns are raised after being heated, and the desired braille is made. Therefore, this printing method is also called rosin letterpress printing. Rosin printing ink is made by adding a certain proportion of rosin powder to ordinary ink.

The rosin powder in the ink layer melts rapidly due to heat and expands in volume, so that the blind spots of the printing ink on the braille product are raised to the required braille. Foam printing is currently the most widely used method for Braille printing.
Foam printing is the use of inks with foaming properties. The plastic molding method refers to the use of letterpress for general printing to first make a master type (original plate), and lay a special sheet made of synthetic resin on it.
Then use a heating machine to soften the sheet and let it be adsorbed by the mother mold. After the sheet is formed with the same concave and convex shape as the mother mold, it is cooled to complete the printing. Because of the unique method and the ability to obtain delicate performance and protruding layer performance, it is suitable for the application of drawing.
